Proud Alumnus of the University of Central Florida, Adam Bailey has spent the last 14 years mastering virtually every facet of the business model. Beginning his career as Onsite Producer to most presently Director of Sales, Adam Bailey has been hands-on with the production of hundreds of events over the years. From conceptualization to execution, Adam plays the role of Stage Director managing the performance of all the moving parts. Trend Savvy and talented modern menu writer, Adam celebrates success in delivering clean, polished events further enhanced by contemporary detail.
Award-winning Chef Frank Walason’s culinary career features two decades of experience in fine dining restaurants and hotel corporations. He has earned numerous awards from culinary competitions including the High Silver in the American Culinary Federation Super Challenge, Silver Medal in National Association of Foodservice Equipment Manufacturers 3-Course Competition, Silver Medal in Super Challenge Team, Silver Medal and Bronze Medal in Individual Plate Competitions. Drawing inspiration from his Late Mother who had a hand for flavorful food, Chef Walason pursued an area of focus as a saucier. Chef developed a reputation for tantalizing taste buds with his signature accents and accompaniments. Chef Walason is a graduate of the prestigious Johnson & Wales University College of Culinary Arts.
